My name is Liviu Dragoi and I’m a qualified personal trainer with pre- and post-natal and nutrition specializations.

Women’s fitness and nutrition is the company that I run, and I work with women 20-50 years of age including busy mums.
Body type and level of testosterone determine how a person responds to weights. 99% of women will respond in a feminine way. You will tone up and harden up not bulk up. Unless you are taking steroids, you will only reach your genetic potential, and for most of the women that is an athletic-looking body that will turn heads for how sexy she is, not for how manly she looks.
Do you know how your mother insisted on you taking your lunch with you every day? Your belly fat is actually a few of those sandwiches stored in case you are hungry and is no food around. Body fat role is for energy(stored calories), insulation( during winter people tend to eat more), protection( stomach , liver, etc).
Yes, you can lose 2-4 pounds(water weight) in 3 days if you have a special occasion coming up, that means you have to eat only protein for 3 days, but remember that is only water weight that you will put back once you start eating normal again, consistency is key for keeping the weight down not quick fixes.

Please, do yourself a favour, pick up the phone and book your first session with Liviu. I started with Liviu last year on June 2019 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never checked the clock during each session. Liviu really takes the time to build a strong rapport with all of his clients and gets to know them and their goals. He is incredibly supportive. The best ever!!
